Ken Ishiki began his real estate career in the commercial industry with a focus on multi-family properties. He trained to become a senior investment advisor under mentors from Marcus & Millichap and Sperry Van Ness, giants in the commercial industry. He then added residential sales to his practice. Ken brings a unique approach to the analysis and marketing of homes which comes from his commercial background.
Ken’s primary focus in real estate is to satisfy the client’s wants and needs through respect and integrity. Ken’s police training has crossed over in his real estate career making him a straight forward, confident and trustworthy agent to handle your real estate needs.
Ken is here to walk you through the process of buying or selling a home. In this current climate, he has helped many people with probates, short sales and reo purchases. He can also analyze your commercial properties to help you decide on whether it is a good time to sell and do a 1031 exchange, cash out or hold on to the property. He can do a more thorough analysis of a property you are looking to buy or sell compared to the generic values given by Trulia, Zillow or Redfin. By having accurate values of properties, you will be more knowledgeable in real estate transactions and come out ahead of the competition.
Ken believes in giving back to the community. In his free time, he has volunteered in hospitals and raised money for charitable organization such as the Concern Foundation. His next goal is to join the Police Reserves to improve the quality of life of the people he serves and the community around him.
